What to bring / wear
Your own mat.
Comfortable clothing, that will allow you to bend and stretch.
No shorts, or sports bras. Knee length pants are fine.
Do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours before coming to class.
Avoid strong perfumes, as some people may be allergic.
